Harbhajan Mann was born in Punjabi Sikh family and was a music freak from a very young age. He took his musical training from his teacher Karnail Singh. After schooling he made a move to Canada and there started performing for the Asian audiences. Harbhajan Mann’s musical career got a quick start in the year 1992 when he recorded the album titled as ‘Chithiye nee Chithiye’ which was all dedicated to the British Asians and was a super hit album. It was highly admired by the Indian audiences and was especially targeted to the Punjabi listeners. It took a while for Harbhajan Mann to earn a call to show his talent but his setback paid off. He received a proposal to record for the album ‘Oye Hoye’ which was a super hit album and proved to be a jackpot for his career. He recorded many of his super hit numbers with the T-Series and MTV India. Harbhajan Mann was always craving to pursue an all rounder personality so he made a move to acting career and acted in a number of Punjabi movies that includes Dil Apna Punjabi, Dil Apna Punjabi, ‘Mera Pind’, ‘Mitti Wajan Mardi and ‘Asan nu maan watana da’. Dil Apna Punjabi did fairly good business not only in India but in overseas also. It was a blockbuster in Canada and U.K and was loved by the Punjabi audiences in Jalandhar, Ludhiana and Amritsar. In some of the reviews it was said that it is one of the best Punjabi movies ever made. Harbhajan Mann always voiced for his movies and all the songs of his movies are remarkable hits.
