Debojit Saha was born in small town in Assam has received diploma in Civil Engineering. He was passionate about music from his college that drew him to the auditions of the famous singing reality show ‘Sa Re Ga Ma Pa’. He got selected and there and was mentored by Ismail darbar, a famous name in the Indian music Industry. Debojit Saha was a part of his ‘Yalgaar Ho’ gharana and was among the last three when it was to choose the final twelve. But after being selected his impressive singing style and massive fan following made him a winner on February 24, 2006. This huge achievement in his life opened his career to many big opportunities. He received invites from many singing reality shows and he accepted to be a part of ‘Jo Jeeta Wohi Super Star’ on Star plus. Though he was not a winner in that show but his singing impressed the judges and the audiences once again. He is also performing in numerous concerts to enhance his singing handiness. Debojit Saha has voiced for the movie ’88 Antop Hill’. At present he is heading to sing in a number of Assamese movies and is also a hosting the show ‘Sa Re Ga Ma Pa’ Bangla. He has also been a part of the famous reality show ‘Big Boss season 2’ with 13 other celebrities. Debojit Saha was observed as a calm and patient personality in this show and a very true soul. He is also a very emotional person who can not take deception. Debojit Saha is married to Vandana and the couple is expecting their first child. He is a big fan of Hindi Movies.
