Music review: Hijack- The Mysterious Story
Shiny Ahuja starrer, Hijack has its music album composed by Justin-Uday, while the lyrics are written by “Kumaar.” But unfortunately none of the above could do anything extraordinary for the success of the film. The music album of the movie could not get a rating of more than average. However, the music directors and composers have made a sincere effort to maintain the standards of the album, “Hijack”. The variety of music and tracks offered the addresses a break form the regular going numbers. In case you are craving for a change in the taste then this album is surely going to be a good pick. Take a look on the following provided music review, before downloading numbers from “Hijack” music album. “Theme song of Hijack” has “anything you say can be held against you” as lyrics. The rock band music is ordinary and in no way different from what we have heard before. It is a loud number and can succeed in satisfying only a small lot of audience. “Aksar” is a soft number beautifully delivered by Kay Kay in his melodious voice. Initially, the song sounds quite similar to the previous songs picturised on Shiny Ahuja. However, in the later part Kay Kay has picked it so well that it has succeeded in winning the hearts of listeners. Its “unplugged” form is also quite appealing. The slow version has the fantastic voice of “Shaan” who has beautified this song by giving his own unique style and variations. I would undoubtedly suggest you to make its download and add it to your favourites. Though, the tracks having spiritual touch are not heartedly accepted by the audience, but “Koi Na Jaane” is a remarkable exception in this category. This song is yet another melody offered by Justin-Uday. Shilpa Rao has done full justice to the lyrics and has given a soul to this track. It is surely a wonderful track to download from Hijack’s album. “Dekh Dekh” is a boogie number that holds a lot of potential in taking the listeners to the dancing floor. Sunidhi Chauhan and Suraj Jagan have sung it brilliantly. It is a good option to have a download. Apart from this, the instrumental and remix versions of this album are also good to hear. In brief, Hijack is an average album and Justin-Uday made a genuine effort to make the tracks popular among the crowds. The songs if get a fair airplay can do much better.
